Here is a little bit more about them. Get Wet Surf School started operating in 2005. What began as a hobby for Andrew and Kerri soon grew into one of Queensland’s leading surf schools. We understand that our students come to us for a variety of reasons, for some, it’s about learning how to surf and developing their techniques, for others it’s about simply experiencing an iconic Australian leisure activity, so we design our lessons so that you get the most from the experience. Our instructors are not only there to teach you how to surf; they are there to ensure you have a fun and safe experience in an encouraging environment.

Over fifteen years on and we have an amazing crew of instructors who all share our passion for surfing, tourism and customer service. We are very proud of what we have achieved and to be so well respected within the surfing and tourism industries. We work very closely with Griffith Universities Tourism and Business Management department researching tourism trends and experiences.
